Job Description:
As the Sales Team Dispatcher, you will play a key role in managing and coordinating the daily schedules of our sales representatives. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our sales team operates efficiently, meeting with clients on time and maximizing their productivity. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Schedule and dispatch sales representatives to client appointments across various regions.
  • Monitor and manage the sales teams calendar, ensuring optimal routing and appointment scheduling.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to confirm client details, appointment times, and any special instructions.
  • Communicate with clients to confirm appointments, provide updates on sales rep arrival times, and handle any rescheduling needs.
  • Track and report on sales team activities, including completed appointments, sales outcomes, and follow-up actions.
  • Assist the sales team with any logistical needs, such as providing directions, confirming lead details, and coordinating with other departments.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales appointments, client interactions, and sales rep performance metrics.
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to align scheduling with sales targets and goals.
Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in a dispatching role, preferably within a sales or customer service environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in scheduling and dispatching software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to handling scheduling conflicts and logistical challenges.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
