We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Manager to join our company, who will work closely with our Controller and HR Manager responsible for various administrative duties.
Our ideal candidate should have some experience working with accounts payables and be able to handle various administrative tasks in our Human Resources department. Ultimately, this position will ensure the smooth running of the office and help improve company procedures and day-to-day operations.

What you will be doing when you join our company:
- Manage and perform general office administration duties including scanning, office supply orders, greeting visitors, handling incoming calls
- Perform accounts payable tasks, including proper coding into Sage system, expense reports, check requests, etc.
- Administration and reconciliation of corporate credit card program
- Assist with HR functions; onboarding new personnel, benefit management, filing
- Coordinate and lead employee engagement efforts including company events and our “perks” programs
- Review various procedures to recommend and implement process improvements
What we need from you to apply:
- Solid working knowledge of accounting related office functions, accounts payable including proper invoice verification process and experience using an accounting software
- Human Resources work experience a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization, planning, prioritization skills
- Strong attention to details
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Basic Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint experience
