Our client is a leading grocery store chain located in Naperville, IL, is committed to providing exceptional service and quality products to its customers. They are seeking a dedicated HR Coordinator to join their team and support their human resources department.

As an HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the human resources department in various administrative and operational tasks. You will be responsible for assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and other HR-related functions. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail and a passion for helping others.

HR Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes and scheduling interviews
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientations and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the HRIS system
  • Assist with employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and providing support to managers and employees
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs
  • Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and communication with employees
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including filing, answering phones and managing calendars
HR Coordinator Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in human resources or related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
