Office Manager

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee crucial accounting and administrative functions at Woody Buick GMC of Naperville. This pivotal role will ensure smooth operations while upholding our dedication to excellence in customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage office staff, including Biller, License & Title, and Cashiers, to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Handle financial transactions for sales and service, prepare reports, and ensure accuracy in financial records in collaboration with the Comptroller.
- Maintain schedules, provide reports, manage document retention, and handle correspondence to ensure office efficiency.
- Foster a positive work environment that enables department managers to focus effectively on operational tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer assistance, promptly address queries and concerns with professionalism to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, floorplan, and factory open accounts.
- Hire, train, and manage office staff.
- Ensure all deals comply with local, state, and federal guidelines.
- Exemplify professional ethics, morals, and customer service standards.
- Work closely with the office team and department managers to achieve dealership goals.
- Five years in dealership office management (General Motors experience preferred).
- Familiarity with license and title, sales tax, warranty, billing, and commissions.
- Exceptional customer service and organizational skills, detail-oriented with multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong desire to set and achieve goals.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Excel and other relevant software.
- Valid in-state driver's license, High School diploma or equivalent work experience.
