Make quality, timely, and efficient contacts with clients, providing information on their show, timelines, services, graphics, and builds. Communicate with Sales, PM, production, and management teams to confirm clients' needs are being met and proper prioritization is being considered. Process estimates for storage show services and add-ons.


Managing Orders and Documentation -

Submit paperwork in a timely manner and ensure information is accurate and updated when changes occur. Manage project resources effectively and request necessary purchase orders as well as ordering 3rd-party vendor items, including 3rd-party labor, budget, and equipment to ensure that project deliverables are met on time and within budget.


Managing Project Financials and Project Closures -

Collect all payments before due, especially prior to shipping. Review invoices (Client and 3rd Party Vendors) to ensure all payments are correct in the system, including completing add-ons. Process any necessary credit/re-bills. Perform reconciliations.


Managing Communications -

Communicate with clients and sales throughout the process to make introductions, inform them of the status of the project, timely approvals and inspire confidence and excitement. Confirm event information is accurate, up to date, and communicated appropriately. Ensure clients are not leaving due to customer service issues.


Account Management -

Supervise event or permanent install projects, ensure that 3rd party event vendors and clients have all needed information regarding the project, and that the client is satisfied with the results.


Supervision and Leading Team On and Off-Site -

Lead a crew of 2 or more to ensure efficient execution of project by Supervision or 3rd party labor. Problem solve and communicate effectively with clients, external labor teams, and contractors.


Processing Estimates, Storage Agreements and/or Add-Ons -

Estimate or submit accurate estimate request for show services, and/or add-ons in an accurate and timely manner. Ensure storage agreements are updated and documented properly for both new and existing (every 3 years) clients.
