POSITION SUMMARY
The Sales Manager is accountable for driving sales growth by executing effective outbound and inbound sales strategies. This role involves building and nurturing strong client relationships, securing new business opportunities, and fostering partnerships to ensure repeat business. The Sales Manager will aim to surpass sales goals by leveraging various revenue streams and identifying high-potential client categories to maximize revenue potential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead outbound sales to attract new clients and create business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement outreach plans to expand the client base.
  • Create and present proposals, invoices and contracts.
  • Conduct site tours and convert leads into bookings
  • Cross-sell additional services and value-added event offerings.
  • Respond to and follow up on inquiries and contracts promptly.
  • Manage and optimize the event bookings calendar.
  • Generate sales reports and meet budget goals.
  • Build and maintain client relationships for repeat business.
  • Oversee communication and planning with clients.
  • Support event operations to successfully execute events: staff, execution, planning
  • Update training materials and ensure staff training is comprehensive, accurate and up to date.
Requirements:

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-5 years experience in the sales and hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
