This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive growth and showcase our top-quality services.
Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and energetic Field Sales Representative to spearhead our sales efforts. In this role, you’ll be responsible for implementing innovative sales strategies, including doorknocking, cold calling, and leading events. You’ll play a key role in generating leads, conducting appraisals, and utilizing your creativity to attract new clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Doorknocking & Cold Calling: Actively reach out to potential clients through door-to-door visits and cold calls to introduce our cleaning services and generate new business opportunities.
Lead Generation & Follow-Up: Respond to incoming leads promptly, engage with potential clients, and follow up to convert leads into sales.
Event Leadership: Organize and lead community events and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.
Appraisals & Consultations: Conduct on-site appraisals to evaluate client needs, offer customized solutions, and present competitive pricing proposals.
Creative Sales Strategies: Develop and implement innovative sales tactics, marketing strategies, and promotional campaigns to drive business growth.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales activities and results, seeking continuous improvement to meet and exceed sales targets.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales or a similar field for this commission-only role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly establish rapport.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and a passion for achieving sales goals.
Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule effectively.
Creative problem-solving skills and a knack for thinking outside the box.
Knowledge of the Santa Barbara area and its communities is advantageous.
