Job Summary: The Lead Product Analyst will oversee and drive product analysis initiatives, providing strategic insights that shape product development and optimization. This role involves leading a team of product analysts, managing complex data analysis projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that product strategies align with business goals and customer needs. The Lead Product Analyst will play a critical role in defining the product roadmap and enhancing overall product performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of product analysts, providing guidance, support, and professional development to ensure high-quality analysis and impactful insights.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of product performance metrics, KPIs, and analytical frameworks to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct advanced analysis of product data, including user behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape, to inform product strategy and development.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineering teams, marketing, and other stakeholders to define product requirements, develop data-driven recommendations, and support product roadmap planning.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports, dashboards, and strategic insights on product performance, trends, and opportunities to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Design and execute A/B testing, user research, and other experimentation methods to evaluate the impact of product changes and features.
  • Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance product analysis capabilities and ensure competitive advantage.
  • Lead complex data projects, including the development of data models and analytics tools, to support product strategy and operational excellence.
  • Ensure alignment of product analysis efforts with business objectives and drive continuous improvement in product performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Product Manager) is highly desirable.
  • 7+ years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, or a related field, with a proven track record of leading analysis projects and teams.
  • Expertise in data analysis tools and software, including Excel, SQL, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in interpreting complex data and developing actionable strategies.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience in mentoring and developing talent.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex product information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with product management processes, methodologies, and tools, including A/B testing and user research.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-impact projects in a fast-paced environment, with a strategic and results-oriented approach.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices in product analysis and management.
