The Senior Product Analyst will play a key role in shaping the product roadmap and ensuring that products meet customer needs and business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of product performance, including user behavior, market trends, and competitive positioning, to inform product strategy and development.
  • Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor and evaluate product success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with product managers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze product requirements, and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Perform market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats, and support the development of product positioning and differentiation strategies.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports and dashboards on product performance, including insights, trends, and recommendations, to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Lead the development and execution of A/B testing and other experimentation methods to assess the impact of product changes and features.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure that product developments align with user needs and business objectives.
  • Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to stay informed and enhance product analysis capabilities.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior analysts, supporting their professional growth and ensuring high-quality analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Product Manager) is highly desirable.
  • 5+ years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, or a related field, with a strong background in analyzing product performance and driving product strategy.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, including Excel, SQL, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in interpreting complex data and translating it into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex product information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with product management processes and methodologies, including A/B testing and user research.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices in product analysis and management.
