  • Develop and maintain operational models and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.

  • Oversee the execution of operational projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organizational objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certification (e.g., Six Sigma) is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in operations analysis or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in analyzing and improving operational processes across various functions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in operational modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on mentoring and developing talent.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior management.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, process improvement methodologies, and best practices in operations management.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and adapt to a dynamic business environment.
