Job Overview: We are looking for a proactive and analytical Summer Product Analyst to join our team for a summer internship. This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product management and analysis, assisting with product research, data analysis, and strategy development. The Summer Product Analyst will support the product team in evaluating product performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in analyzing product performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Support the development of product strategies by conducting market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback analysis.
  • Collaborate with team members to gather and analyze data related to product features, user experience, and market positioning.
  • Prepare and present reports on product performance, including key metrics, findings, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of product dashboards and visualizations to track key performance indicators.
  • Participate in product development meetings, providing updates, contributing to discussions, and assisting with product-related tasks.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to inform product strategy and development.
  • Support ad-hoc product analysis tasks and projects as needed, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Product Management, or a related field (must be a current student).
  • Basic understanding of product management principles, data analysis techniques, and market research.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools; familiarity with product management software and analytics platforms is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey product insights and findings effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in product analysis and reporting.
  • Eagerness to learn and apply product management practices and methodologies in a real-world setting.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
