  • Work collaboratively with marketing, product development, and other cross-functional teams to embed customer insights into business strategies.
  • Perform customer segmentation and profiling to identify essential demographics, behaviors, and preferences.
  • Track customer satisfaction and loyalty metrics, pinpointing areas for enhancement and proposing actionable strategies.
  • Employ advanced statistical techniques and tools to analyze data and develop predictive models.
  • Remain updated on industry trends and best practices in customer insights and analytics.
  • Guide and mentor junior analysts, supporting their professional growth and project contributions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer insights, market research, or data analysis.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in statistical methods and data modeling.
  • Expertise in data analysis tools and software, such as SQL, Python, R, or Tableau.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convert complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Experience in leading and mentoring a team of analysts.
  • Thorough understanding of customer behavior analysis and market research methodologies.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
