Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the gathering, analysis, and interpretation of customer data from diverse sources, including surveys, transactions, and online interactions.
- Create and deliver detailed reports and dashboards that showcase significant customer insights and trends.
- Work collaboratively with marketing, product development, and other cross-functional teams to embed customer insights into business strategies.
- Perform customer segmentation and profiling to identify essential demographics, behaviors, and preferences.
- Track customer satisfaction and loyalty metrics, pinpointing areas for enhancement and proposing actionable strategies.
- Employ advanced statistical techniques and tools to analyze data and develop predictive models.
- Remain updated on industry trends and best practices in customer insights and analytics.
- Guide and mentor junior analysts, supporting their professional growth and project contributions.
- Communicate insights and recommendations to senior leadership to influence decision-making and strategic planning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer insights, market research, or data analysis.
- Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in statistical methods and data modeling.
- Expertise in data analysis tools and software, such as SQL, Python, R, or Tableau.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convert complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Experience in leading and mentoring a team of analysts.
- Thorough understanding of customer behavior analysis and market research methodologies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
