Hours: 7am to 4pmPay$25+ DOE
Job Overview:
This role is integral to our operations, combining strong administrative skills with exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable (AP/AR), assisting customers with inquiries and issues, and providing support to our parts department.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable (AP/AR):
    • Process and manage invoices, payments, and account reconciliations.
    • Ensure accurate and timely billing and collection of payments.
    • Maintain financial records and documentation in compliance with company policies.
  • Customer Service:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
    • Assist customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and providing product information.
    • Handle customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Parts Department Support:
    • Assist the parts department in managing inventory, ordering parts, and ensuring timely deliveries.
    • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to track orders and resolve any discrepancies.
    • Maintain accurate records of parts transactions and inventory levels.
  • Administrative Duties:
    • Provide general administrative support to the office, including data entry, filing, and correspondence.
    • Assist in preparing reports, maintaining databases, and organizing office supplies.
    • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations across departments.
