Administrative Assistant

Job Overview:
This role is integral to our operations, combining strong administrative skills with exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable (AP/AR), assisting customers with inquiries and issues, and providing support to our parts department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable and Receivable (AP/AR):
- Process and manage invoices, payments, and account reconciliations.
- Ensure accurate and timely billing and collection of payments.
- Maintain financial records and documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Customer Service:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and providing product information.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Parts Department Support:
- Assist the parts department in managing inventory, ordering parts, and ensuring timely deliveries.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to track orders and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of parts transactions and inventory levels.
- Administrative Duties:
- Provide general administrative support to the office, including data entry, filing, and correspondence.
- Assist in preparing reports, maintaining databases, and organizing office supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations across departments.
