We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Consulting Administrative Assistant to join our team in the Energy industry. Responsibilities:

1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the consulting team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
2. Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
3. Manage and maintain an efficient filing system, ensuring easy access to important documents and information.
4. Conduct research and compile data as needed to support consulting projects.
5. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
6. Liaise with internal staff at all levels and interact with external clients and vendors.
7. Participate in team meetings, taking minutes and ensuring action items are followed up.
8. Contribute to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies, and practices.
9. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within the energy industry or a consulting firm.
2. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
3. Proven experience in managing and maintaining filing systems.
4. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
6. Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
8. Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
9. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
