The administrative/agent assistant position will involve answering phone, greeting office visitors throughout the day, data entry, and other additional clerical duties as directed by the agency owner or associates.

Responsibilities
- Greet all visitors & customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Answer incoming phone calls.
- Data Entry into agency management system
- preparing quote folders
- Scanning documents into agency management system
- sorting incoming mail
Requirements
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Must have ability to multi-task.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Minimum 1 year office experience.
- Must work well in a team setting
