Responsibilities
  • Greet all visitors & customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
  • Answer incoming phone calls.
  • Data Entry into agency management system
  • preparing quote folders
  • Scanning documents into agency management system
  • sorting incoming mail

Requirements
  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
  • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
  • Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
  • Must have ability to multi-task.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Minimum 1 year office experience.
  • Must work well in a team setting
