Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, serving as the first point of contact for customers.

- Effectively troubleshoot issues and resolve customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and outcomes using our CRM system.

- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred.
