Accounting and Management Outsourcing (AMO) provides temporary accounting services to clients such as bookkeeping, payroll assistance, payroll tax reporting, compilation assistance, as well as fractional CFO and controller services.  As the director and leader of this service area, you will:


  • Develop future business with current clients and new prospects, with a focus on fractional engagements
  • Lead and manage the team responsible for executing and delivering all client outsourcing initiatives
  • Deliver work as a Fractional CFO with clients on multiple engagements in a variety of industries
  • Determine scope of service on new client engagements, coordinate services and determine pricing
  • Promote offerings internally with partners and client managers
  • Promote offerings externally through participation in industry and networking groups
  • Maximize client relationships through cross selling current Redpath services
  • Identify new services that would enhance Accounting and Management Outsourcing offerings
  • Attract and retain talent
  • Create tools and templates to streamline client engagements and improve efficiency
  • Manage department P&L


The ideal candidate will have:


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting; licensed CPA preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in both a private company as a CFO and in multi-client accounting/consulting or public accounting management roles
  • Working knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
  • Strong selling and promotional skills
  • Prior experience leading a team with multiple areas of expertise
  • Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated
  • Executive presence
