Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for buyers and sellers, providing a warm, welcoming experience.
  • Managing and coordinating property showings, appointments, and client meetings.
  • Assisting with marketing initiatives, including social media management, listing presentations, and open houses.
  • Supporting the executive team with administrative tasks, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Handling confidential and sensitive information with the utmost professionalism.
  • Utilizing your real estate knowledge to assist in negotiations, contract preparations, and transaction management.

Compensation:

$20 - $25 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process
  • Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction
  • Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis
  • Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria
  • Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service
  • Maintain and update the client database in our CRM system
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently
  • Ensure that all customer interactions are handled with the highest level of professionalism and empathy
Qualifications:
  • Driven, motivated and desires professional growth
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Can spend a large amount of time driving
  • MUST be a licensed Realtor in Arizona with a minimum of two years of experience in real estate.
  • Proven experience in a senior executive role within the real estate industry.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in using computers and relevant software applications
  • Ability to think strategically and provide solutions
  • Familiarity with social media marketing is preferred
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Google Sheets, TARMLS, Docusign, Canva, Transaction Desk
  • Strong organizational skills, with an ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficiency in real estate software and tools, including MLS, CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, social media, Canva, and marketing programs
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development
