Key Responsibilities:- Engage with buyer and seller clients to identify their housing preferences and successfully close transactions
- Maintain consistent follow-up with leads to enhance the sales pipeline
- Foster relationships with clients to drive additional sales
- Actively seek new business opportunities by following up with leads to ensure sales growth
- Oversee the closing process to guarantee a seamless transaction experience for clients
- Prospect for, follow up with, present to, and service buyers and sellers, resulting in effective conversion rates
- Develop in-depth knowledge of mortgage financing, neighborhoods, schools, and home ownership issues
- Conduct high-level needs analysis and coordinate an efficient home search and sale process
- Advise clients to ensure fiduciary service throughout the real estate transaction process
- Negotiate effectively on behalf of all buyer and seller clients
- Prospect for potential buyers and sellers
- Convert incoming leads into clients
- Schedule and conduct consulting appointments with buyers and sellers to analyze their needs and objectives
- Provide information on housing and community resources and conduct home showings
- Negotiate terms and contracts for clients
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and networking abilities
- Self-driven and motivated
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient with technology
- Previous sales experience is advantageous
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Strong interpersonal skills, as this role is centered around client interaction
- Proven track record of successfully closing real estate transactions
- Reliable transportation, including a vehicle, along with a computer, smartphone, internet access, and personal insurance
- Current real estate license in Arizona (AZ), including completion of required coursework and contract writing training
