Job Overview

Our real estate firm is in search of a dedicated transaction coordinator to support our esteemed clients throughout the entire process of buying and selling properties. This role involves ensuring that home inspections are properly scheduled, assisting with the necessary escrow documentation, coordinating inspection appointments and repairs, and confirming that offers and counteroffers are duly authorized.

The ideal candidate will possess a passion for assisting others and a commitment to enhancing our operational efficiency.

Compensation:

$31,200 - $41,600 annually

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all administrative functions related to buyer and seller transactions from the signed purchase agreement to the closing stage.
  • Coordinate and participate in events related to the closing process, including moving timelines.
  • Ensure timely scheduling of inspections and assist in negotiating and completing any required repairs.
  • Facilitate the approval of buyer offers and counteroffers by the seller to ensure a seamless real estate transaction.
  • Input client data into the client management system and submit relevant documentation to the office broker for compliance, while tracking transaction progress.
Required Qualifications:
  • Applicants should be well-organized and capable of conveying information to clients in both written and verbal formats with clarity.
  • A real estate license is preferred.
  • Motivated by a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and a positive client experience.
  • A high school diploma is mandatory; an Associate's degree is preferred.
  • Experience in the real estate sector, transaction management, or coordination, as well as familiarity with titles and/or mortgages, is advantageous.
