The Sales Manager is responsible for guiding the buyer segment of the team by recruiting, training, advising, and ensuring accountability among all Buyer Specialists and Showing Assistants. This individual exemplifies the management skills, knowledge, attitudes, and practices of a top-performing buyer agent, prioritizing client satisfaction, ethical conduct, and the pursuit of mutually beneficial agreements.

Additionally, the Sales Manager is dedicated to personal and professional development, frequently engaging in educational courses, instructing when appropriate, and consistently refining scripts and dialogues. A commitment to investing in team members is paramount, as the Sales Manager regularly offers opportunities for learning and advancement.

Compensation:

$80,500 at plan earnings

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize team-building events, both on-site and off-site
  • Contribute innovative marketing strategies
  • Analyze sales reports and modify strategies as needed
  • Supervise the performance and activities of the sales team
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to ensure the team meets its sales targets and revenue goals
