Job Responsibilities:

Content Development and Management:

Create compelling content related to deadline-driven customer-facing events and activities, ensuring alignment with the Customer Experience Teams business initiatives.

Develop a variety of content types including infographics, e-books, videos, social media assets, blog posts, and customer stories.

Organize and maintain all content-related documents in a centralized SharePoint repository, ensuring accessibility, version control, and collaboration across teams.

Brand Voice and Influence:

Enhance the influence and effectiveness of the company's brand voice by amplifying key narratives and initiatives to expand its reach and impact.

Adhere to and enforce the company's brand voice, tone, and visual identity, ensuring all content meets editorial requirements and maintains high-quality standards.

Campaign Execution and Analysis:

Manage the execution of content marketing campaigns, stakeholder communication, and adherence to timelines and SLAs. Ensure all projects are deadline-driven and meet specified requirements.

Analyze marketing initiative results to provide insights and recommendations for future campaigns.

Communicate findings effectively to relevant stakeholders.

SEO and Online Presence:

Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

Use project management tools to monitor daily project progress, provide real-time updates, and ensure visibility of completed tasks, pending tasks, and any blockers, while regularly communicating status updates to relevant parties.

Process Documentation and Alignment:

Develop and maintain accurate and relevant process documentation, including process flow diagrams, standard operating procedures, and work instructions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of processes.

Stakeholder Management:

Partner with content agencies to manage content marketing budgets, schedules, and communications.

Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and content alignment with business objectives.

Agency Management:

Work with multiple agencies for various projects, ensuring clear communication, effective collaboration, and timely delivery of project requirements.

Coordinate and manage the workflow between internal teams and external agencies to align with project goals and timelines.

Requirements/Qualifications:

-5-7 overall years of experience in the field.
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing communications/ business is required to be eligible for this role.
-The ideal resume would contain previous MSFT experience as well as experience with creative content, strong background in technology, B2B marketing experience and then project management is very important because they will be managing several pieces of content.

Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience:

1. Minimum 5 years experience with campaign management or example of 3-5 campaigns they have managed / B2B marking skills
2. Minimum 5 years experience with project management (ability to manage multiple projects at a time)
3. Minimum 5 years experience with social media experience

Candidates with previous experience working at Microsoft, either as a full-time employee (FTE) or contractor, are strongly preferred.
