We are looking for a skilled Communication Program Coordinator / Communication Specialist who excels in supporting corporate communications through message crafting, writing, and editing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in producing diverse content for various platforms, ensuring high standards of quality, precision, and compelling storytelling that aligns with corporate narratives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the prompt, innovative, and precise distribution of news, multimedia content, and information.
  • Produce a wide range of content for different platforms, maintaining quality, accuracy, and effective storytelling that aligns with corporate narratives.
  • Assist in the creation, promotion, and support of cross-organizational projects and initiatives.
  • Establish and manage the rhythm of business (ROB), which includes business reviews, technical assessments, annual planning, leadership meetings, and cross-organizational reporting to facilitate smooth business and technology development.
  • Enhance operational excellence across the organization by planning, executing, and monitoring projects that boost team efficiency.
  • Collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality, and consistent completion of business operations to meet overall business and cultural objectives.
  • Craft impactful communications for executive, managerial, and organization-wide audiences.
  • Develop and oversee organizational resources, including presentation decks, policies and procedures, team websites, SharePoint sites, and Teams channels.
  • Lead and implement organization-wide strategic initiatives and change management efforts.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, including recognition programs, awards, feedback surveys, and people planning efforts to fulfill overall business and cultural goals.
  • Organize and plan content for all-hands meetings, offsite events, leadership team meetings, and business reviews.
  • Ensure the timely, innovative, and accurate dissemination of news, multimedia content, and information.
  • Produce a variety of content for platforms, ensuring quality, accuracy, and effective storytelling that aligns with corporate narratives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with principles and methods for promoting and selling products or services.
  • Basic understanding of media production, communication techniques, and dissemination methods.
  • Outstanding written, interpersonal communication, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve positive business outcomes through cross-group collaboration and partnerships.
  • Exceptional cross-functional project management skills to handle a busy workload and deliver projects punctually.
  • Recent experience (within the last 2 years) in leading virtual teams, writing communications, and utilizing communication tools such as Viva Engage and SharePoint is essential.

Education and Experience:

• A Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is preferred.

• 8-10 years of relevant experience is required.

Top 3 Essential Experiences:

1. 5-8 years of proven experience in strong writing, event management, and end-to-end project management.

2. Experience with tools such as SharePoint, Viva Engage, and virtual teams is a must.

3. Significant background in communication roles in previous positions.
