Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Machinist 3 to join our team at Triumph Group. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC lathes and mills to produce high-quality aerospace parts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills to produce complex parts with tight tolerances.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Inspect and test parts to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve processes.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; 3+ years of experience in CNC machining preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of CNC programming and operation.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
