Position Overview:

As a Cleaner, your primary responsibility will be to uphold the cleanliness and hygiene of our community.
  • Foster a community atmosphere that enhances residents' quality of life while delivering outstanding customer service and a welcoming environment.
  • Establish strong relationships with community residents.
  • Perform daily cleaning of offices, restrooms, amenity areas, and communal spaces.
  • Adhere to a cleaning schedule for office spaces as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.
  • Utilize the apartment cleaning checklist to prepare vacant units post-move out.
  • Organize and maintain the pool house, including tidying chairs, cleaning public restrooms, and vacuuming amenity areas.
  • Replace used towels in the pool area with freshly laundered ones daily.
  • Oversee the maintenance of all cleaning tools and supplies.
  • Assist in keeping outdoor public areas, amenity spaces, and common areas free of debris, including emptying public trash receptacles.
  • Regularly clean elevator cabs, lobbies, and door tracks as scheduled by the Maintenance Supervisor.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Comply with Fair Housing regulations.

Qualifications:

We are looking for a customer service-oriented Cleaner who can effectively collaborate with the site team to meet the daily cleaning needs of the community while building rapport with residents.
  • Must demonstrate a team-oriented mindset, prioritizing collective over individual success.
  • Must be determined, driven, and self-directed.
  • Strong communication skills are essential; proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing) is required.
  • Previous janitorial experience in hospitality or residential settings is advantageous.
  • Basic computer skills, including email and Microsoft Office Suite, as well as the ability to navigate online training platforms.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required.
  • High School diploma or equivalent certification.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and access to an insured, operational vehicle.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Competitive hourly wage, starting at $21 (commensurate with experience).
