Triumph Group is a leading manufacturer of aviation and industrial components, accessories, subassemblies, systems, and aircraft structures. We are seeking a skilled Assembler 3 Specialist to join our team in Redmond, WA.
**Responsibilities**
* Work from detailed assembly drawings and documentation to identify parts and assembly sequences
* Perform assembly, fitting, filing, reaming, riveting, crimping, swarging, adjusting, and inspection of complex components
* Disassemble, repair, and reassemble returned or salvaged units
* Detect and report defective or incorrect parts for replacement
* Assist in setting up equipment and tools for efficient production
* Operate a variety of machines and tools, including spot welders, drill presses, and hydraulic presses
* Use precision measuring instruments, such as calipers and dial indicators, to ensure accurate assembly
* Collaborate with production technicians and supervisors to resolve production issues and improve processes
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency
* Adhere to company policies, procedures, and work instructions
**Requirements**
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* 3-5 years of experience in assembly and production environments
* IPC J-STD-001 Certification preferred
* Strong mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and meet deadlines
