QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of experience in an area such as sales, manufacturing, installation, or customer service
  • Proficiency with computers and programs such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • English verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong work ethic, a team mentality, and a customer service mindset

SAP experience with stock, purchasing, or SD modules would be preferred. The ability to speak German would be a plus.


WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

As a Customer Quotation Specialist, you're the driving force behind fulfilling client requests and guaranteeing satisfaction. Customer service is your top priority as you speak with clients, handle their requests, and provide accurate quotations. You leverage your sales skills and knowledge of our products to identify spare parts, advise the client on spare and wear parts, and complete parts orders. Attentive to detail, you collect information from clients, process commercial and technical inquiries, and work from project documents and technical drawings. You also cooperate with other teams to ensure prompt and accurate results for our clients
