Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at EssilorLuxottica. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers and vendors, while providing exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process customer requests for quotations, orders, and returns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support, ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work closely with vendors to place orders, retrieve order status information, and follow up on customer quotations and delivery information.
  • Utilize computer systems to retrieve customer information, stock status, and order status, and make changes to customer orders as needed.
  • Assist in the assembly, packaging, and shipping of frames and other products, and maintain accurate records of customer orders and shipments.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including troubleshooting and resolving customer complaints and issues.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ year of experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment.
