Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at NuAire. As a key member of our domestic sales department, you will be responsible for coordinating and finalizing incoming quotations, entering domestic sales orders, and providing administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process incoming domestic sales orders for units and parts, change orders, and send out order acknowledgements through our ERP system.
  • Generate quotations from spare parts as requested by customers in our CRM system.
  • Research obsolete and special parts as needed.
  • Scan all orders for transfer to our document management system.
  • Enter replacement and return unit information.
  • Create and maintain detailed work instructions for this position.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Vo-Tech School training (administrative).
  • Customer service experience.
  • Data/order entry experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Computer skills/knowledge of Microsoft Office; Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
  • Ability to learn new systems and software such as SalesForce, LN, and iManage.
  • Customer Service attitude with excellent communication skills.

Working Conditions

  • Work with minimal amount of supervision.
  • Keep complete and detailed records of all work according to established departmental procedures.
  • Assist others in department where needed.
  • Suggest methods for streamlining and improving procedures.
  • Handle all assignments in a timely manner.
