Proposal Coordinator Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Communication, English or Marketing
  • High level administrative and editing skills with strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Must be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks and manage workload to meet concurrent deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills; works and communicates well in a collaborative setting
  • Strong written communication and grammatical skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing priorities
  • Experience in architecture/engineering or construction management industry is desirable but not required

Proposal Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Gather RFP/RFQ information and requirements from lead sources and procurement websites
  • Track RFP/RFQ deadlines and progress
  • Work with executives, managers, project managers and technical staff to create and deliver proposals and supporting submission packages
  • Produce and maintain associated documents and materials, including resumes, project descriptions, and various marketing/business development materials
  • Organize and maintain electronic files
  • Publication of internal newsletters and other internal communication materials
  • Develop presentations to support formal contract or project interviews
  • Assist with social media and website updates
  • Provide support to Corporate Services Departments (e.g., Executives, Safety, HR, IT, etc.)
