Bianchi Winery is a family owned and operated winery in Paso Robles that has been making excellent, premium quality wines for 3 generations. We hand harvest all of our grapes, we use sustainable practices to lower our overall footprint on the environment, and all of our fining and filtering products are made from cotton, so you can rest assured that our wine is also vegan friendly All of our farming and production technologies are top of the line, and our winemaker has been with us for 15 years, producing award winning bottles year after year. Our office headquarters are located in Laguna Beach in Southern California where we have a second Tasting Room, outside of our main tasting room at the winery in Paso Robles.
We are currently expanding our business and need a strong, enthusiastic team player to support our Broad Market sales in the Los Angeles Area
ABOUT THE POSITION
This position is for a FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVE in Southern California. Specifically, we are looking for someone to cover the Los Angeles and Central Coast territories. As a Bianchi Field Sales Representative, you will be the face of the brand in the field, and will be responsible for generating leads, presenting the brand to distributor teams and potential accounts, following up to close sales deals, and you will report bi-weekly to the VP of Sales. Your performance is tracked through KPI's and you will receive a paid commission for positive sales performance in addition to your hourly wages. Field Sales Representative will be eligible to receive Quarterly Bonuses and full benefits after a 6 month probation period.
This position does require a good deal of driving, so applicants must have a valid Drivers License and ID to prove you are over the age of 21 and can legally operate a vehicle. This position may require you to work some weekends or evenings for special events, and you should be able to lift up to 40lbs.
REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must have experience in Customer Service, Sales, or the Wine & Spirits Industry. You must be located in Los Angeles (you will have to travel around SoCal on a daily basis). Must be professional, enthusiastic, have excellent speaking and writing skills, and be hungry for growth Must be able to work well independently and with others. We are seeking a motivated self-starter who is excited to talk about wine, and willing to take on the role of being the "face of the brand".
