Position Overview:

As a Field Sales Representative, you will drive sales growth by engaging with potential and existing customers, building strong relationships, and promoting our products and services. You will identify new business opportunities, execute strategic sales plans, and manage accounts to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction. Your role includes expanding market presence, achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional service and support. You will also work closely with clients to address their needs and enhance their experience with our offerings including, but not limited to, Farmshop Bakery products, Farmshop Unity coffee products and future products developed under the Farmshop brand.


Key Responsibilities:

Drive Sales Growth: Actively engage with potential and existing customers to promote our products and services, aiming to meet and exceed sales targets.

Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Identify New Opportunities: Continuously seek out new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic outreach.


Account Management: Manage and support existing accounts, ensuring clients’ needs are met and their experience with our products is optimized.


Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market presence and achieve company objectives.


Customer Training: Provide training to customers on the proper use of our coffee products, including techniques and best practices, to ensure they maximize the value of their purchase.


Customer Support: Provide exceptional service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues to maintain a high level of client satisfaction.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a field sales or account management role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing customer relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and sell products.
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction and the ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies that align with company goals.
  • Highly motivated, with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
