Job Overview

AMS Retail Solutions is seeking a dedicated factory account representative to manage an assigned sales territory. This role involves building strong relationships with retail associates and management teams to drive sales growth. You will be responsible for ensuring optimal product display, including proper signage and advantageous in-store placement. Key responsibilities include setup, execution of plan-o-grams, and rotation of vendor products.

Compensation: $24-$25/hr

Essential Qualifications:

  • Willingness to travel, including overnight stays
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office and mobile technology
  • Flexibility to work varied hours and days as required, including 2 out of 4 weekends and all promotional holidays
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with frequent standing, bending, and twisting
  • Valid driver's license and insurance required (must meet company standards)
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; a college degree is preferred
  • Familiarity with Brand Name appliances is advantageous
  • Preferred experience includes 2 years in vendor sales and 1 year in field sales or customer service
