RemX Staffing is recruiting for an Accounts Receivable/Credit Specialist Contract to Hire - Full in-office

Hours are Monday - Friday from 8-4:30 with 30 minutes for lunch

Responsibilities:

  • Open new accounts.
  • Maintains customer profiles and ensures accurate information received from sales team and forwarded to corporate for entry into the database.
  • Performs the weekly ACH process to pull funds from the bank for regular billing and payment plans.
  • Performs the weekly Credit Card process for regular billing and payment plans.
  • Perform collections efforts
  • Assists AR Representatives as needed.
  • Assists with special projects as required.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in accounting or comparable work experience
  • 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, preferably in the food industry
  • Canopy/Aspen ERP systems experience preferred.
  • Must be proficient in Excel (intermediate skills - ability to create a spreadsheet)
  • Works well with deadlines.
  • Organized and detailed.
  • Ability to multitask.
