Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to increase market share and revenue for the aftermarket automotive product line on a national level.

2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential partnerships and collaborations with industry players.

3. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform product development and marketing strategies.

4. Collaborate with new product engineers to develop innovative and high-quality aftermarket automotive products that meet customer needs and market demands.

5. Foster strong relationships with manufacturer's representatives to ensure effective promotion and distribution of the product line.

6. Work closely with the internal sales team to develop and implement sales strategies, set targets, and monitor performance.

7. Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market insights to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable plans to drive growth.

8. Coordinate with marketing and advertising teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns and initiatives to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.

9. Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets.

10. Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and growth initiatives to senior management.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.

2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 5 years in a management role, preferably in the automotive industry.

3. Proven track record of driving sales growth and expanding market share in a competitive environment.

4. Strong understanding of the aftermarket automotive industry, including market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.

5. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor sales professionals.

6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights.

8. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.

9. Willingness to travel frequently to meet with customers, manufacturer's representatives, and attend industry events.
