Your Role:

As an In-Home Sales Consultant, you will:

  • Engage with Homeowners: Conduct in-home consultations to understand homeowners' needs and present our innovative kitchen refacing solutions.
  • Showcase Our Products: Demonstrate the beauty and quality of our materials and finishes, providing a compelling vision of the transformed kitchen.
  • Close Sales: Utilize your persuasive skills to close sales and achieve your income goals.
  • Build Relationships: Develop strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and encouraging referrals and repeat business.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in-home or commission-based sales.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
  • Ability to manage your schedule and work independently.
  • Passion for home improvement and interior design is a plus
