KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a growing homebuilding entity, HHHunt Homes is in search of a skilled and experienced Residential Sales Consultant to join our sales force. This role involves representing HHHunt Homes by identifying the needs of potential buyers and assisting them in selecting the perfect home and lifestyle that aligns with their desires. The Residential Sales Consultant is expected to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, collaboratively established with management, for the communities they serve.

  • Act as the primary sales representative
  • Transform prospects into homeowners
  • Draft Home Purchase Agreements
  • Ensure model homes are well-maintained and adequately staffed
  • Provide management with reports on site activities
