This role requires a creative mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and edit high-quality graphic assets and engaging copy for social media platforms, blog posts, videos, and websites.
- Oversee the creation and execution of social media strategies, ensuring content aligns with brand messaging and goals.
- Manage and analyze data from social media platforms and Google Analytics to drive SEO and PPC advertising strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust tactics to optimize results.
- Work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager and other leadership to develop marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, resumes, case studies, and testimonials.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure all branding materials meet company standards and guidelines.
- Handle social media accounts by researching relevant topics and creating compelling copy and visuals.
- Keep the website updated with current and relevant content and design.
- Develop assets for internal branding initiatives and campaigns.
- Apply top-notch grammar and spelling skills to all communications and marketing materials.
- Collect and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Prepare reports and presentations to highlight key insights and recommendations.
- Maintain and manage a database of client contact information and distribution lists for targeted marketing activities.
- Identify and pursue sponsorship opportunities, awards, and other promotional activities.
- Plan and participate in events such as conventions and career fairs.
- Develop and execute email and direct mail campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least five years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Expertise in managing SEO, web analytics, and social media analytics.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
