Job DescriptionJob Description

This position requires a technical sales leader, able to find, develop, and close new opportunities throughout North America.  Work directly with customers throughout all phases of their design/development process providing the support necessary to get them to market with their products as quickly and efficiently as possible.  Be the key technical resource by either providing the information needed or managing the information flow from the manufacturers’ engineering team to the customer.  Periodic travel to customers will be required to present products for new design as well as support existing designs and troubleshoot issues

Requirements: 

  • ·         2 year technical degree (electrical) or comparable technical sales experience required; 4-year EE degree preferred.

  • ·         Minimum 3 years technical sales experience required; experience in electronic component/semiconductor sales or FAE                  experience preferred

  • ·         Experience with circuit board design or troubleshooting a plus.

  • ·         Experience with firmware/embedded software a plus.

  • ·         Superior verbal and written communication skills; experience presenting in front of a technical audience a plus.

  • ·         Excellent phone skills.

  • ·         Attention to detail and accuracy; highly organized.

  • ·         Ability to multi-task.

  • ·         Problem solving skills.

  • ·         Competitive attitude, drive to succeed.
