Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing comprehensive IT support and ensuring optimal performance of client IT infrastructures.
  • Managing a diverse range of client needs, from help desk assistance to server configuration and management.
  • Conducting thorough research and quickly adapting to new IT technologies.
  • Collaborating with Senior Engineers for advanced training and support.
Essential Qualifications

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Proficient in setting up and maintaining Windows Server, Active Directory, and Hyper-V.
  • Skilled in configuring AD Group Policies and managing Public DNS.
  • Experienced in hardware RAID setups and troubleshooting.
  • Strong networking skills, with a solid understanding of Layer 1-7 networking.
  • Able to implement advanced firewall configurations, including Static Routes and NAT Policies.
  • Competent in resolving hardware and software issues for computers and servers.
  • Experience in building and maintaining computer systems and servers.
  • Familiarity with Office 365 and/or Google Apps for Business.
  • Knowledgeable in setting up and troubleshooting business-grade networking equipment.
  • Proficient in email configurations, including POP, IMAP, and Exchange.
  • Understanding of backup solutions for Windows environments.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to manage stressful situations calmly and effectively.
Desirable Skills

Additional skills that would be beneficial include:

  • Experience with Linux server administration.
  • Knowledge of AWS and Azure IT Administration.
  • Advanced networking capabilities.
  • Familiarity with Cisco, Sonicwall, and Juniper technologies.
  • Experience with VOIP systems and VMware.
