Job Description includes but not limited to:
The Account Executive is responsible for speaking with clients and potential customers to help them learn about the company, products and services. The duties include meeting with clients, explaining how products or services function and providing product knowledge. This is an outside/field sales position.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and grow existing customer relationships
- Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post sales.
- Builds and maintains a network of resources from which to identify new sales leads
- Discover customers' needs and offer solutions to them through the company’s service or products.
- Establish and maintain healthy, long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business.
- Generate new customer growth
- Use potential methods such as phone calls, emails and social media to reach clients and build business relationships.
- Maintains detailed reports of sales activities, including calls, orders, sales, lost business and any customer or vendor relationship problems.
- Conduct sales calls face-to-face daily
- Conduct presentations to demonstrate the benefit of the product.
- Delivery of products to customers
Skills and Qualifications:
- Sufficient experience in selling to business to business sales
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Negotiation and persuasive skills for the purpose of closing deals
- Networking skills and the ability to handle numerous accounts with companies and customers
- Ability to explain products and benefits
- Passionate about selling and providing great customer service
- Excellent organization, management and attention to detail skills
- Strategic Planning to optimize territory expansion
- Leadership skills that display confidence and empathy

Requirements
- Able to lift 50 lbs. without any issues
- Background, drug screen, and physical
- Valid Driver’s License and clear MVR
- Travel within sales territory to meet prospects and customers
- Conduct sales calls face-to face daily
- Overnight travel
- Available to work Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Preferred Skills/ Experience:
- Experience in Sales
- Experience with NetSuite ERP a plus
- Chemistry background or lab experience
- Hazmat Training Certification
