Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for the assigned Federal Civilian sales territory, leveraging domain expertise to drive growth and adoption.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customer stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
  • Deliver accurate and timely sales activity reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Consistently exceed sales targets within the Federal Civilian market.
  • Leverage domain expertise to identify and address unique challenges within the Federal Civilian landscape, tailoring solutions for maximum impact.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in both new customer acquisition and expanding existing accounts within the Federal Civilian market.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve strategic and financial targets in the Federal Civilian sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a culture of open communication and trust.
  • Ability to set ambitious goals and develop innovative strategies to achieve them within the Federal Civilian landscape.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal cross-functional partners and external stakeholders, including Federal Civilian agencies and organizations.
  • Experience and knowledge of the Federal Civilian market, its regulations, and procurement processes.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $153,000 - $170,000 and a commission plan with total on-target earnings of $289,000 - $340,000.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, at least 12 paid holidays, paid time off, parental leave, employee assistance program, and other company benefits.
