Sales Representative

DXP Enterprises is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in our assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and grow existing accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
- Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience in the industrial or safety products industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Computer literacy and proficiency in sales software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
