Roofing Sales Representative Job Summary
Job Summary: As a Roof Maxx Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Roofing solutions to residential and commercial customers. You will educate potential clients on the benefits of Roof Maxx, assess their roofing needs, and design customized roofing solutions to meet those needs. Your primary goal will be to save their roof with Roof Maxx, and drive business growth for our company.


Roof Maxx Sales Representative Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage with potential customers through various means, including door knocking, cold calling, referrals, networking, and attending industry events
  • Develop and maintain a database of leads and effectively prioritize them for sales outreach
  • Educate customers on the advantages of Roof Maxx, including cost savings, environmental benefits, and available incentives or rebates
  • Explain the Roof Maxx installation process, and financing options to potential customers
  • Visit customers locations to evaluate roof suitability, what maintenance needs to be done, and do they need to be cleaned or will just an application of Roof Maxx be enough
  • Present proposals to customers, address their questions and concerns, and negotiate terms to secure contract
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets, sharing insights and best practices to enhance overall sales effectiveness
  • Assist customers in completing necessary paperwork for financing, and any incentives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and addressing any post-sale inquiries or concerns


Roof Maxx Sales Representative Requirements and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in door to door
  • Someone that is highly motivated, always willing to improve their abilities, not afraid to step out of the box. Someone who is goal oriented and used to working in sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and influence potential customers
  • Strong educational skills (this is more of an educational job than sales) and the ability to overcome objections and close deals to meet sales targets
  • Ability to understand technical aspects of Roof Maxx and what it can do for a customer by convey this knowledge in a clear and accessible manner to customers
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation to conduct site visits and meet with customers
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and the occasional Saturday, to accommodate customer schedules and achieve sales goals
  • This is a commission only job with great potential we pay the highest commission rates in our industry
