OBJECTIVE:


We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales person to assist our outside sales team. Ultimately, an outstanding Inside Sales person should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, be an analytical thinker, and demonstrate a good working knowledge of purchasing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • This is a very interactive role working with new customers and current customers
  • As an inside sales representative, this talented individual will play a crucial role in establishing relationships and marketing our companys brand in a way that is positive, honest and professional
  • This individual will make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads, answer potential customers questions and send additional information as requested
  • They will be assisting with generating quotes as well as enhancing the companys relationships with our customers
  • Locate customers that need our service by cold calling, emailing and following up on potential leads
  • Responsible for product knowledge to be able to communicate comfortably with our customers to determine their appropriate needs and requirements
  • Listen attentively to consumer questions and provide answers that are knowledgeable and insightful to encourage product sales
  • Facilitate the entire sales process from the initiation of the original call through finalization of account set-up for each customer you speak with, including providing pricing and lead times
  • Assist outsides sales team as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications

  • Understanding and ability to form relationships with proper personnel and decision makers to attain sales
  • Understand and read technical drawings to discuss with the customer and convey the requirements to the shop
  • Does not need to be an Engineer
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication, verbal and written skills
  • Very driven to meet personal and company goals and expectations
  • Must be able to work independently
  • 3 years
