We looking to hire 5 sales agents to soloist and sign customers who house got damaged by fire as or water loss

50 hours a week

$1000 dollar a week

$1500 bonus on signing new jobs and $5000 bonus on delivering and signing contracts

What You Would Do:

  • Meet with homeowners on pre-qualified, company-generated leads
  • Build rapport with the customer and determine desired outcomes
  • Carefully examine the customer's home to accurately diagnose the issues
  • Provide necessary recommendations to the customer that will resolve such issues
  • Write proposals for each customer account, including photographs, instructions, diagrams, pricing lists, and job worksheets
  • Negotiate contracts,
  • Meet or exceed sales goals

What You Need for This Role:

  • 2+ years of sales experience, required
  • Sales experience in the residential real estate, home inspection, or home improvement industries is a plus, but not required
  • Construction experience is a plus, but not required
  • Being able to and comfortable with entering a go and meet owners at fire damage and water dame properties
  • Strong listening, closing, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to walk, climb a ladder, kneel, and crawl
  • A valid driver’s license and a safe driving record
  • should have own vehicle will be paid reimbursement for gas tools and there vehicle usage usage
