Route Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Route Sales Representative to join our team at Wise Snacks. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for representing our company in the field, selling and delivering products to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Sales and Delivery: Maximize sales and delivery efficiency by effectively managing your sales route and ensuring timely delivery of products to customers.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that customers receive high-quality products and services, and by resolving any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and place orders as needed to ensure that customers have the products they need when they need them.
- Route Optimization: Continuously evaluate and optimize your sales route to ensure that you are visiting the most profitable customers and minimizing travel time and expenses.
- Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales, delivery, and customer interactions, and provide regular reports to management on sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Experience: 2 years of experience in direct store delivery (DSD) sales or a related field.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Licenses and Certifications: Valid driver's license and ability to lift 25 pounds on a regular basis.
- Experience: Prior experience in the food or salty snack industry, or in a related field.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in sales and marketing principles.
