ABC Dental Recycling is a nationwide company and pacesetter in the dental recycling and refining industry.

This is a 1099 INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR position for an Area Sales Representative within ABC Dental Recycling. 100% COMMISSION, commission you earn is unlimited. The successful candidate will be responsible for purchasing valuable material found at dental offices in their assigned territory. The role involves developing and maintaining a strong customer base and creating a strong established route of loyal dentists. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to travel and visit customers in this assigned area. You will be expected to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.

Our newest reps generally make between $3,500 to $10,000 per month with continual income growth each year with opportunities for loyal and refined reps to make much more. Long-term earnings potential is enormous; however, this is a business that grows over time and with consistency and effort. Year-end bonuses available based on performance.

This is a long-term relationship building profession.

Our best and most successful reps possess the following qualities- a strong work ethic, independence, self-motivation and drive, honesty, kindness, professionalism.

*This position can be structured as either full-time or part-time


Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience, high-volume B2B cold call experience and prior success is highly preferred
  • Willing to travel within the assigned territory and visit with clients in person
  • Elite in-person communication skills
  • A relationship builder
  • Honest, reliable and positive person
  • Highly motivated, ability to work independently with a high degree of organization
  • Strong negotiation skills preferred, but not required
  • Experience working in a dental office setting is a massive plus, but not required
