We are an established and growing company located in Dallas, TX seeking an experienced sales professional. We are part of a national $100 million organization, and our primary customers are insurance adjusters and contractors. Our proven system creates long-term client relationships that lead to repeat business.

The successful Account Executive candidate will have a proven track record of success in relationship building sales and in meeting sales objectives. They will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills and able to relate to people on all levels. They will have the ability to speak persuasively and confidently and be comfortable in meetings and presentations, as well as in documenting and tracking sales activities. The successful candidate will be a stellar sales professional who represents our brand. A basic understanding of Microsoft Office products is required.

Our compensation package rewards success and includes a base salary plus commission and a bonus program. Necessary training will be provided.

CRDN sales professionals are responsible for introducing and selling textile restoration services in response to fire, water and other damage to homes. Each local sales team handles marketing activities with insurance adjusters and territory-based restoration contractors. Our sales leaders are on the front line in the field and are the face and voice of CRDN.

Responsibilities

  • As a CRDN Account Executive, your primary responsibility will include responding to the needs of our customers and building relationships with our clients. Your job duties will include prospecting for new contacts, building and maintaining existing client relationships, and responding to both residential and commercial losses. You will be required to achieve goals by consistently performing necessary daily activities to build a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities. You also will be responsible for CRM maintenance, identifying key local targets, and providing demonstrations and presentations. Attaining job and revenue goals will be supported by sales meetings, yearly sales training and regional sales interaction.

Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate for this sales position will have a associated degree or equivalent experience in insurance claims or the restoration industry. Insurance adjuster knowledge a plus.
  • 2 or more years of business-to-business outside sales experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Fundamental understanding of outside sales and business-to-business sales tactics and techniques
  • Ability to communicate, build relationships, provide customer service, prioritize, account forecast / planning, negotiating, consultative selling and superior organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to perform without direct supervision
  • Ability to work afterhours and be on-call after normal business hours
  • Proficient computer skills (e.g., MS Office, Excel, Outlook, etc.) a must.
