Familiarity with payroll software and proficient in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams
Systems experience: ADP-Global view, Salesforce, Workday (not required but a plus)
Knowledge of IRS guidelines, DOL, FLSA
Tasks:
Assisting in the preparation and processing of payroll for 3,600+ employees
Multi company/Multi State
Maintaining and updating employee records including tax and other relevant information
Verifying accuracy of employee data and preparing reports on payroll activity
Audit New Hire/Terminations/Leaves
Help to ensure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations.
Addressing queries from employees
Support Payroll Team with projects and requests.
